Furthermore, IPRI uses an office in Zug, Switzerland, as its headquarters for administrative, marketing, and branding purposes. This office does not constitute a separate legal entity, nor is it registered as a branch under Swiss law. All legal, contractual, and operational responsibilities remain with TTN.

Operations in Other Regions

In Australia, Peru, Turkey, and other regions, IPRI and IPRI.Tech are used for marketing, client engagement, and service delivery. TTN ensures compliance with local regulations regarding branding, contracts, and service provision in each jurisdiction. Any specific legal or regulatory requirements for operating under these brands in individual countries are the responsibility of TTN, and all liabilities remain with the TTN.
